About Me
Caitlin Sinclair Chappell is a comic writer and editor in Los Angeles, CA. What started as a love for comics turned into a career shortly after graduating with honors from Lewis & Clark College. She published her first comic, “Negative Realm,” in Negative Space Comics Anthology and was a finalist in their Women’s Comic Book Writing Competition for the first issue of Epitaph. She also read her short story “Imperfect Hands, Impossible Monsters” at the 2021 National Queer Arts Festival as well.
Chappell is a featured writer in Cosmic Cow Zine’s Oddyssey, a GALECA associated critic and journalist, and a guidebook and comic writer for From the Edge of Hope, a Pacific Rim charity zine. Her bylines include CBR, Anime Herald, and Women Write About Comics. She also edits for comic writer Cameron Poletti and is a judge for NYC Midnight. Her work as a localization writer has reached millions with Pocket FM.
